HPE is generated in PHP language that implements features to grab and update news from other websites. It includes an user administration system to allow user with password and set limits to utilize the news content pages. Data are stored on static files thus no need for database server. The whole module can be rewritten to add features. It incorporates XMLTREE parser to aggregate news on your site. Template system is available with this script and you can customize the presentation of your news page.
