Description
The php residence is a script written in PHP and requires either MySQL or PostgreSQL database. It will help you to calculate the rental charges for house apartments, residence or small hotel rooms. The main features of this script include automatic assignation of the apartments with user defined rules, easily configurable data regarding apartments, periods, reates etc., ability to visualize the contracts with inserted data for printing, and also supports multiple languages.
