Bump A Site Topsites Script is a topsite rating system and is a simple script based on php. This system is used to bump your website to the top when a site is voted. Features include built in ad rotator and IP based voting. The webmaster only can decide whether votes goes to the topsite list or not. For webmasters it has plain text messenger section which is used to send others messages from the control panel.
