This tutorial teaches the users how to access an ms sql server with php installed on linux. The author tells the users that there are fundamentally two techniques to have a remote access from unix to an MS SQL server and also about the two implementations available for the TDS protocol. This tutorial provides information to the users about sysbase client library to learn and use it.
