Description
This is a tutorial where users are taught by the author about the creation of the header and footer files which contains HTML codes in the top and the bottom portions of their site. This will be of much use for websites which are updated rapidly because they need not alter the navigation menu which is included in the header or footer. There are different colors available which can be identified by the users when they use the code in their websites.
