Auto Backup is a copy software which automates your backup of a FTP-server. All you need is a web-server with php-support on your backup server. After you installed Auto Backup on your backup server you have to configure Auto Backup to tell the program which directories you like to backup and so on. Then just call Auto Backup in your browser to run the program. The next time you start Auto Backup , it will just download new files or files which changed.
