Description of PHP Commenter :
This is a commenting programme that will permit commenting on any of your websites pages this script is placed. The page shows only the number of comments listed on a page and you have to click to view the comment. This programme could be configured to display the max number of comments, email every new comment to the webmaster( on/off ). There is a character counter below the commenting field so that users can see the number of characters left to comment. The comments are stored in a text file.
