The IP to Country - TCP Server is a script written using PHP programming with which the users are allowed to query the IP to Country Database without installing the database to a local server or over HTTP. The easiest way to see how the server works is to telnet into the IP and port that the server is running on and enter an IP. It can also be easily customized.
