A fully templated links portal that allows visitors to suggest links, categories and subcategories while the admin can choose to validate these suggestions. Includes user and admin email notifications, user rating/email/commenting on each link, reciprocal link distinguishing, sortable and searchable links, and the ability to add new fields.
