Description
This is a cross between a guestbook and a shoutbox. It's intended purpose is to allow a 'topic-specific' comment area on multiple pages of a site. Features display of posters country flag (based on an IP lookup coutesy at hostip.info), easy to install, easy to create multiple instances, flexible implementation, administration panel to edit/delete posts. Can run as a very compact 'shoutbox' on part of a page, or as it's own page, whatever you like. CSS modifiable
