Quantum Star SE is an Open source development browser based game. There is no need for user downloads. This is a space strategy game based on the popular Solar Empire. The program content, usage, simple installation and wide code releases set this game apart from the similarity of the Solar Empire game. The game source code copyright is vest with the authors and fully governed by the GNU General Public License. This program will run on all PHP enabled servers. Very easy to execute the program. /
