Description

PHP- NadForm is a very simple script that allows you to recieve a message from your site visitors via your web form. This script allows you to show types of fields in an HTML forms are, checkboxes field, text area field, radio buttons field and drop down field. This is simple to configure and more useful form for webmasters. Online demo is available.
