Description

PgWebForum is a simple discussion board that contains forums to post topics for online discussion. This board is written in PHP and uses Postgresql as its backend and can even run effeciently on Oracle data base also. This board is supported by HTML codes. Following subjects and searching boolean phrases are the key features of this board.
