phpHtmlLib is a set of PHP classes that facilitate building, debugging, and rendering of XML,HTML, XHTML, WAP/ WML Documents, and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) images as well as complex html codings. It helps in giving output tags in a readable manner. The built in programmatic API helps generating tags on the fly. It is very easy to use.
