The Jab:ITS Incident Tracking System is a customer support tool which is designed in order to provide you a complete tracking capability of customer support issues. The features that are available in this script includes secured user registration and login function, ability to send notifications by email to the customers or to the administrators, message posting for discussing the issues, allows the users to search help desk items database with product, keyword, customer etc. An online demo can be viewed on the website.
