Description
You can install Ticket Support Script on ALL your websites. Ticket Support Script will work on any web browser - Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, Safari, etc... Free installation. Multiple support members - create as many support operators as you want. You can create operators to only view and reply the tickets or administrators to manage operators and options. File uploads - allow or disallow files uploading when posting or replying to a ticket. Built-in search engine helps you find a ticket using ID, name or email address. Ticket Status - create different ticket statuses - Replied, Currently processing, Closed, etc… Ticket Category - let users specify the category for each ticket - Sales, Technical, Billing, etc. We do all kind of custom modifications to the script.
