Description of online-rent :
Daily/Weekly/Monthly booking Property Rental script with 3 access levels (client membership, property owner, admin). Payment processor integration (PayPal, WorldPay, 2CO, Authorize.net) +++ Affiliate program +++ Virtual Tour generator +++ Extensive administration features: add/modify/delete/activate/deactivate users and property listings, set custom taxes, custom amenities, additional services, special prices, multiple language support, custom links and fields, use the booking calendar or the reservation form only, configurable search and a lot more. The script supports the use of user defined themes which can be switched in the admin interface. Languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian. Booking features: reservations are possible per days or days-periods (ex. midweek and weekend) weekly/monthly, a default daily calendar can be defined; the reservation form can be customized (fields can be defined as mandatory/not), activated/deactivated, user can book on site or can be redirected to the property homepage. Subscription based advertising for property owners, payment processor integration for each property or for all properties in the system. NEW: desktop based upgrade/bug fixing software (easier upgrades from our file server not influenced by the version).
