Description
This is an article and a tutorial that teaches the users about the use of mouse events such as move, press and release of the mouse buttons. This tutorial guides the users in generating drag and drop web applications with DHTML support. This article provide information to the users that the three handlers is capable of returning true values and changes in the browser activities like text highlighting for the / false values that has been returned.
