WinScripter is a tool that can create JavaScripts to implement special effects. This application is capable of image editing, 3-D rendering and WYSIWYG/HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript editing capabilities. You can convert texts or images into scripts using a variety of filters and special effects supported by it. You can also make use of the texture and font library or use any of your own images, fonts and textures in customizing.
