psPopper Popup Window Controller is a versatile development JavaScript, which can be implemented in your web pages to exercise control over the windows. You can easily specify can add/modify/delete popup configurations at will. You can specify a URL to the window, which belongs to either the Internet or the Intranet from anywhere on your web server. Uses a cookie to control the frequency of the popups. The script can also be used to control all the parent windows.
