Mouseover Pops Up DHTML component can be incorporated in your web page to popup menu on a windows that automatically centers itself on the web page. Allows you to configure the border, background color, text etc. This script automatically reduces your programming effort in designing an effective web page. This script runs on both the Internet Explorer and Netscape.
