Description

Webmasters can add this tool on their websites in which, when the mouse is placed over the link, then a new window will be placed on the top left corner of the browser's window and when the mouse is moved off the link, the popup window will expire automatically. This tool has some attributes like onMouseOut, onMouseOver that enables opening and closing of new windows. This tool contains the script for the next page in the current page and hence loading the files become faster and easier.
