Pulldown Menu (Description) can display a menu list in a scrolling text box from where the user can select a link he/she wants to go. A brief description or a message about the link selected by the user from the menu is displayed in a form text box under the menu. The script supports a ?Go? button, on which you can click to open the selected link. The script is of very small size and is free for download.
