Pop-under window, with an option to let the script set a cookie to turn off the popup if the user has been to your site within the last 24 hours. (Much less annoying to your site's visitor's that way, and you can still make your advertising money.) In the script, just edit the URL you want to popup, then paste into the page. Too easy...
