Description
Paradigm is a testing tool to implement HR functions and manage the intellectual resources of an organization like assessment, recruitment, appraisal, eTraining/eLearning etc. It can be used to compliment the process of learning in any organization either online or class room. It is composed of three components: Test delivery engine, Test authoring & Administrative tools, Test delivery interface. It can cater to the training needs of people from multiple geographical locations. Paradigm can be used as a recruitment software by recruiters to keep track record of professionals.
