This has a browser panel, which comprises a simple version of the ActiveX Object - Internet Explorer. With the same application you can surf and chat. It allows you to switch from browser to IRC panel. It can operate with Sun and Microsoft (IE4+) edition of java. It allows you to sent a scribble to anyone using SLIC. A scribble window opens up and displays the scribble.
