Description of TES :
TES is an application that implements an IRCX chat server. The official server irc.tesx.org (port 6667) is operational 24 hours a day. This application has been written purely in Java and is platform independent which enables you to use it as an alternative to prevailing IRCS servers. This also supports server-to-hub linking.
