This servlet provides external customer support and internal help desk and call or bug tracking. It provides a systematic easy to use support organization for reporting problems, issues, bugs, procedures, notes etc. It can be easily integrated to FAQ and Forum. eHelpDesk can also be used for asset and inventory management, tracking billable requests, call or bug tracking, notification, change management, contact management etc. The management definition of projects and user involvement can be obtained by integrating eHelpDesk with project module. To run eHlpDesk Expresso must be installed on your system.
