This applet displays a wonderful water effect on any image. You can supply any your favorite photos and a scrolling text to this applet. The image can have a URL link. This interactive applet has HTML code generator so the user doesn?t require the knowledge of java or HTML programming. The parameters of the over image and over text, like position of the over image, scrolling speed of the over text, scrolling direction etc can be configured in the parameters.
