Description of Announcer Java Applet :
Announcer Java Applet can be used in your web pages to scroll news or messages vertically in a single line. The messages can be linked to URLs. It pauses between each and every message briefly and resumes to display the next message. On mouseover the scrolling text is highlighted in a different color ready to connect to the linked URL.
