XpeedoMeter java applet is networking tool that can be used in your web site to implement a bandwidth test to your domain. If you want to implement the text to a specific page, use a textlink to a pop window. You can easily install it by just unzipping the xpeedometer zip file and send it to your domain and the bandwidth is ready to run.
