Description of Loris Vector Map Engine :
Loris Vector Map Engine (LVME) provides an easy way to integrate functionally rich interactive maps into any web application - from simple static HTML page to sophisticate database-driven sites. / Main module can work with external loadable vector (or bitmap) maps and allows basic map exploration functions - zooming, panning, etc. / Supplementary JavaScript Bridge provides connectivity functions - for example main module can be connected to database via its set of functions, any object or even entire layer of objects can be visualized on the map. / Currently, the following Vector Maps are available for usage in the engine.
