Description of WinPascal Compiler :
WinPascal is a free Pascal compiler that can create x86 asm codes to be assembled and linked into a stand-alone Windows executable. The goal is to create a sort of Delphi like RAD development tool for Pascal. It is currently in early stage of development but anybody can participate in its creation. The compiler must first be written before the development of the IDE in Delphi.
