Sky Wire - a group of applications and libraries for PDA Solution Providers, designed to allow you to manipulate your Enterprise data from your PDA device and get data that is accurate to the second it is requested.You install a small footprint Sky Wire Server that is reachable over the any tcp/ip based network (including the Internet) and connect it to your Enterprise data. You install an application, written with Sky Wire Component libraries, on your PDA. When away from your desk, or out of the office, you connect your PDA to the Internet through any device that utilizes tcp/ip such as a landline modem or a cellular modem . Now, you can transfer data between your Enterprise data and your PDA - live.
