TRasDialer is the VCL Component you need if you want to use the Dial-up networking in Windows 95/98/NT. Just drop the TRasDialer VCL Component on a form, select a Dialup Networking Entry Name from the Windows Phonebook File, call the TRasDialer.Connect method and you're on the Internet.
