Description
Simple SIP VoIP components allows you to:
Make PC -> phone calls via VOIP providers
Answer incoming calls
Play wav files ( mono PCM ) to the phone line
Play text (uses Microsoft Text-To-Speech SAPI 5.1)
Detect user input as DTMF codes.
