Description of TFileChange :
TFileChange creates a change notification system. It fires OnFileChange event if the specified folder (or any of its subdirectory) contents have changed (files created, modified, deleted, attributes changed, security-descriptor changed). The component runs in its own thread, so change notification event occurs asynchronously.
