Description of Linguist :
Linguist makes it easy to translate Delphi forms and resource scripts to multiple languages. Run the resource DLL wizard and then scan the generated files with Linguist, translate all strings, and write them back to the files. The DLL is then ready to be compiled. Save work in progress as CSV files. These can be sent to others for translation. Create repositories of translations that can be merged with the scanned files. Tested with files created by the Resource DLL wizard in Delphi 5 and 6 Professional.
