Description of TMotionDetector :
TMotionDetector is a VCL component that detects motion from live video sources and returns motion information through events and motion ratios. The video frames can come from TVideoGrabber or any video capture component. An internal grid divides the frame into rows and columns, allowing to individually set the motion sensitivity of each area of the video frame. Includes video noise reduction. Full source code included in the registered package.
