DynamicSkinForm VCL library help you to create applications with skins. Skins support forms, menus, hints, many standard and non-standard original controls. Skins with many objects, effects help you to create standard and non-standard cool applications (like WinAmp, iTunes) Also you can create your skins with special editor.
