Description of Hot Keys :
Hot Keys (THotKeys component) allows you to register and use system wide hot keys with unusual easy. The list of hot keys can be edited at design time as the hot keys collection published property and at runtime with several simple public methods. The hot key processing can be paused and resumed at runtime with Pause and Resume methods or with the Active property. When the user presses the shortcut combination registered as the hot key, the OnHotKey event is fired.
