Description of Resource Tuner :
Resource Tuner can change the look of the icons, cursors, dialogs, buttons, sounds, animations and other elements of the Windows user interface by editing and replacing resources in the executable files (EXE, DLL, ActiveX controls and more). Now supports viewing and replacing large Vista icons. Quick and easy access to all the resources which are normally inaccessible really allows you completely customize any program you own. Resource Tuner makes it straightforward to translate any application, even if you do not have the source code for it, even if its original developers are long gone. Resource Tuner lets you view, extract, modify, or replace any selected Windows resource - PNG, XML, Image Lists, Type Library, bitmaps, jpeg, icons, strings, etc.
