Description of Time Estimator :
Time Estimator using weighted samples for intergral or continuous ranges (position doesn't have to be a whole number). Works just like TProgressBar (same methods/properties and behaviour), except that you must call Start method before taking estimates. Samples taken when you update the position, call step/stepit or update methods. Also includes Throughput and Elapsed properties.
