Description of Helper :
This 32bit utility will parse your Delphi source files and build a help project (RTF, HPJ, and CNT files). It will use comments in the source file as the different help topics. Will observe conditional compiler directives in the Delphi code. Help files are compatible with the online help for all versions of Delphi. Includes a GUI program to facilitate building the configuration files. The templates can be modified for other languages.
