Description of HelpBuilder for Delphi :
HelpBuilder is a program that you use to create Help (.hlp) files for Delphi components. HelpBuilder supportrs now Delphi version 5, 6 and 7. HelpBuilder scans your source files, creates a database of all objects found, and generates a series of topics for each object. For each scanned unit HelpBuilder produces RichText file. These files contain starter Help topics for unit's components, procedures, types and constants.Some of them are fairly complete, while others are skeletal and must be filled out. You then edit the Rich text files using Microsoft Word. HelpBuilder generates the necessary support files and runs the Help Compiler to create your help file.
