Description of QSWorldGraph :
QSGraph provides a World-Coordinate Drawing canvas with replacements of the pixel-based drawingmethods of Windows with similar methods that work on world coordinates. Added abilitiesinclude zoomming methods, and loading bitmaps, metafiles, (and JPEGs for D3 & D4,) which canalso be referenced to a world coordinate system.
