TransparentSkin is a free component to help you make a transparent form with fade-in and fade-out effects under Windows 2000 by calling API.It is very simple to use, just drop it on a form of your project, and set the transparency property, rebuild it, you will see the form is transparent. If you want to add fade-in effect or fade-out effect, just add one line into FormCreate procedure or FormClose procedure.
