Description of Andre's Program Engine :
Andre's Program Engine (APE) components simplifies a creation MDI-applications, such as program for working with databases. Make ApeDialog with need parameters in parent form for each child window. It prevents a creation new copy of window, that already present in application (old copy of window will select). Also parent window may be disabled while child window is running.
