If you have a regular exchange of files, it can be organized with the help of Postman. You need not to create network or shared disks for access to files on other computers. To send a file it is necessary simply to put it in the directory allocated under a letter box on the your own computer. On a format of a file name and under the directory, where it is located, Postman will determine, to whom it is intended and will begin transfer already without your participation. You need not to notify the employees, that there is a new file, and also constantly to check the shared directory itself on presence of new files in it (a message is appeared on the screen after receiving of new file).
