Description
ODBC DE provides access to different types of databases via TDataSet interface. With the use of ODBC DE you can get rid of bulky Borland Database Engine layer. Using this package is fairly simple and easy, only data set classes need to be changed. This package gives the full performance of native ODBC drivers and neatly wraps up ODBC API calls. Easy way of manipulating blob fields, integrated handling of stored procedures and impressive speed characteristics l this is far from full set of prominent features of ODBC DE.
